Drive for Life Act
ABC7CHICAGO.COM August 8, 2017 Illinois teens allowed to register as organ donors. The Zuleg’s joined staff from Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donor Network as well as Governor Bruce Rauner and Secretary of State Jesse White for the bill signing of the Drive for Life Act. This day was especially special as it would have been Kyle’s 23rd birthday!
Gift of Hope Lifesaving Partners Award
The Zuleg’s were given this award for their work in creating and launching a hospital-based donation awareness initiative-the distribution of “forever in our hearts” monogrammed blankets to families in Illinois hospitals as loved ones are preparing to give the gift of life. The blankets are given in hopes that it will provide warmth, comfort and support to organ donor families.
